June exhibition at Nenagh Library

Nenagh Art Group will hold their exhibition in Nenagh library for the month of June.

The official opening will take place this Saturday, June 10th from 2 -  4.15pm. The exhibition comprises 10 artists, showing works in oils, acrylics and watercolour, with approximately 30 paintings on display. The subject matter covered is varied, creative and inspirational, including flowers, landscapes, portraits and contemporary pieces.

The group is encouraged under the watchful eye of tutor Richard Williams, who holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and a MA in Art and Design from the Limerick School of Art and Design. Those in attendance will learn new techniques and perfect their skills to the highest standard.

Therefore it is hoped that each painting will communicate emotions and feelings of enjoyment for both artist and those who come to view the finished work. Nenagh Art Group meets on Monday mornings from 10am – 12.30pm in the Pastoral Centre, Church Road, Nenagh. Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners are most welcome. All are welcome to the official opening in Nenagh Library this Saturday.
