Friday deadline for lough derg bbq festival
It's a case of ready, set, grill for the annual Ring of Lough Derg BBQ Festival, which will be hosted by Cathal Quinn of Flanagan’s on the Lake on Saturday week, August 29th.
Now in its sixth year, this prestigious barbecue cooking competition is expected to attract in excess of thirty teams who will compete for the “Fulacht Fia Cup”, a cash prize and entry to the 2016 European BBQ Competition.
