Molly bids for eurovision glory

The second Semi-Final of the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest takes place this Thursday with Puckane's Molly Sterling proudly flying the Irish flag.

 

The 17-year-old will perform 'Playing with Numbers' live from the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria, as 17 countries will compete for 10 places in Saturday's Grand Final.

 

The broadcast will be hosted by Mirjam Weichselbraun, Alice Tumler and Arabella Kiesbauer who are eager to welcome the millions of viewers to Vienna for tonight's show - together with Conchita Wurst, the last year's Eurovision Song Contest winner, who will be a host from the Green Room.

 

Molly is the second of the acts to perform in tonight's show which begins at 8pm and will be shown on RTE2.
